The M62 Remembrance Parade 2010
There was a good turn out about 150 to 200 people both troops and relatives,
Some 14 standards on parade and they said keep it low key, weather held all thogh it was
cold and damp, I couldn't say who played last post but he did a good job, and yes Gleggy took the right passport.

Paul Davey and Peter Wilcox
atteneded the 100 year anniversary of the TA at the Arboretum Staffordshire on Saturday 13th September 2008, that was a very moving experience, probably sounds a bit wet that doesn't it. But the fact remains when you see all the names on the walls, words can't describe how I felt. What I found a little haunting, was the blank spaces on the walls ready to be inscribed with the names of the next casualties. It was a pity more of ex 5RRF didn't attend, as it was a very good day, very moving, but a very good day indeed.
